When you’re ready to start accepting live charges from your customers, just visit the account section of your dashboard and provide some basic details (e.g your ABN and contact details).
We can typically activate your account within the same business day, and if we need further details on your business. We’ll contact you immediately.

Any successful charge can be refunded via your Dashboard, as a partial or full refund. Locate the charge you wish to refund from the dashboard and click to open it.
